This Privacy Policy explains how ElevenStack LLC (“ElevenStack,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use our websites, applications, and services (collectively, the “Services”).

3. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the Services are used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but some features may not function properly if cookies are disabled.

4. Payments and Payment Processors

If you enable payments, invoices, or billing features, certain information may be shared with our payment processors and partners (for example, to process transactions, manage disputes, or comply with financial regulations). We generally do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. Payment data may be processed and stored by our payment partners according to their own policies.

We do not sell your personal information in the ordinary sense of “sell” for money.

6. Data Retention

We retain information as long as necessary to provide the Services and for legitimate business purposes, including compliance and dispute resolution. You may request deletion of your account (see “Your Choices”), but some records may be retained where required by law or for security/fraud prevention.
